Acrylic-Based Pressure Sensitive

Our Acrylic Pressure Sensitive fasteners are designed for outdoor applications and vinyl substrates. It has a temperature range of -4°F to 212°F. This fastener can be cut to length, sewn, die-cut, kiss-cut, and many more post-treatment options. 

Rubber-Based Pressure Sensitive

Our Rubber-Based Pressure Sensitive fasteners are designed for general & indoor applications with temperature ranges from -4°F to 140°F. There are many post-treatment options ranging from die-cut, kiss-cut, sewing, cutting, and more!

Now that we’ve highlighted the key characteristics between the Acrylic and Rubber pressure sensitive fasteners, which one is best for you? It all depends on what your application requires! Do you need fire retardant? Is it in a high or low temperature environment? Is it indoors or outdoors? Our Rubber adhesives are better for more general purposes and Acrylic adhesives are great for outdoors and vinyl substrate applications. In addition, for the best use of both fasteners, it is important to apply it to clean and dry surfaces to allow for proper curing time.
